Swimming

Who doesn't love a refreshing dip in the pool on a hot summer day. Our pool opens Memorial Day weekend and is open daily from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. through Labor Day. Lifeguards are on-duty during pool hours. If no guard is available, the pool will not be open.

Fishing

The four lakes offer hours of fun at Hidden Lakes. Big Owl Lake, the largest lake in the campground, is located near the Club House and Youth Center. Mastodon Lake, Little Ivy Lake, and Little Turtle Lake are smaller lakes, but still offer hours of fishing fun. Mastodon Lake is across from a large common area and a short hike to the Youth Center and pool. Fishing worms may be purchased at the Youth Center.

Entertainment

Entertainment at Hidden Lakes comes iin many forms. Bands, DJs, karoake, fund raisers, golf cart poker runs, parades, and so much more. For a complete listing and dates of all 2018 season activities, see the calendar page.



Youth Center

Children ages two(2) through 17 are permitted in the Youth Center. Parents are requested to be present with children under the age of six (6). The Youth Center has available projects and crafts, games, reading, movies, and other activities. Pool tables, air hockey, video games, toys, and many other items are available to the children. You can purchase worms in the Youth Center. Sports equipment can also be borrowed from the Youth Center.

Campground Store

The camp store, located in the Club House, will be open daily from April 15 until October 31. Hours will be posted at Club House.


The store carries snacks, drinks, food items, ice cream, sun block, cleaning supplies,  toiletries, and more.

Cafe

Our Cafe offers something to please everyone's tastebuds. The owners pride themselves on making everything from scratch. Delicious specials daily, full breakfast on weekends, fries and burgers, cookies, fruit, muffins, plus so much more. Menu changes often to offer a variety of options.


The Cafe is located in the Club House.

Additional Information

Laundry Facilities: No need to leave the campground to do your laundry. Hidden Lakes has four washers and five dryers for member and visitor use. The laundry is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Laundry supplies can be purchased at camp store. 

      

Shower Rooms: Our shower rooms offer convenience and added privacy for our members and guests. Shower rooms are open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., April 15 through October 31. Shower supplies can be purchased at camp store.       


Playground: The playground at Hidden Lakes offers swings, small and large, a climbing fortress, teater-totter, merry-go-round, and other attractions for hours of endless fun.       


Horseshoes: Challenge your friends to an exciting afternoon of horseshoes. The horseshoe pits are located near the Shelter House.


Shuffle Board: A relaxing and fun way to spend the afternoon. The shuffle board court is located by the barn and equpment may be borrowed from security office.    


Basketball: Hoops anyone? Show your skill, brag to your friends, or just have a friendly game of H-O-R-S-E. Whatever your pleasure, our basketball court is located near the Shelter House.       


BINGO: Did someone say I19. BINGO. Bingo is every Saturday, and holiday weekend Sundays, from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. in the Club House. Bingo is 100 percent payout and supplies are available for purchase.    

 

Friday Night Family Movies: At 8:00 p.m. in the Club House, families are invited to watch a family-friendly movie. The movie may be new or a throw-back movie. Starting in September, there is a movie every Friday night and in October - it's scary movie month. Snacks are provided to the kids free and a small fee to adults. Bring your blanket and pillow, get your snack, and sit back for an entertaining night. See calendar page for complete listing of dates and movies.
