Committees

At Hidden Lakes our committees need members and volunteers to help our season run smoothly. Many positions are available and you may serve on any committee that interests you.

Area Representative/Welcome Committee

Area reps are the liaison between property owners in their area and the board. The rep gives guidance about the rules, listens to complaints and helps with other problems. The rep checks their area to make sure lots are visibly numbered, street name signs are in place, inspect common ground, roads and unoccupied lots. The rep acts as a welcoming committee for newcomers. During property owner's meetings, where there is voting, area reps assist the board  with crowd control and the voting process.

Their obilgations include auditing any area of operation at the request of the board, safeguard all properites of the association and keep inventory records.
